US Adult Soccer Association Informe de Lesiones
Injured during a league soccer game? We can help!
What insurance does the league provide?
We carry Accident / Excess Medical Coverage through the United States Adult Soccer Association. This is supplemental insurance that helps cover some injury-related costs during sanctioned soccer activities.
Who is covered?
All registered players, coaches, referees, and participants with paid premiums.
When does coverage apply?
- League games and tournaments
How does the insurance work?
- This is secondary (excess) coverage
- It pays after your personal insurance (if you have it)
- If you don’t have insurance, it can still provide limited financial help
What does it cover? (some examples)
- ER visits (up to $350)
- Doctor visits (up to $100/visit)
- Physical therapy ($25/visit, up to 15 visits)
- Imaging like X-rays/MRIs (up to $150)
Benefits are capped and may only cover part of the total cost.
What are the main limits?
- Maximum benefit: $25,000 per injury
- Deductible: $400 per claim
- Benefit period: Up to 52 weeks
- Care must start within: 90 days of injury
How do I file a claim?
- Submit a claim within 90 days of the injury
- Use the claim form (linked at the top of the page)
- Your state association will review and verify before processing
Does this replace my personal insurance?
No. This plan is not a substitute for health insurance. It is designed to help with some costs, not cover everything.
Are pre-existing conditions covered?
- Must be treatment-free for 6 months to be considered new
- Recently treated conditions may have limited coverage
