. The Idaho State Soccer Association is proud to announce and present the Raylene Roush Scholarship Fund. This Fund will be dedicated to the development of adult soccer through a scholarship program designed to help younger players learn about and join one of the affiliated adult teams and leagues in Idaho. The State Association will dedicate $1,000.00 each year that can be accessed by younger players needing assistance joining one of the adult leagues in Idaho.
To access a portion of these funds an individual has to show a financial need for registration purposes with a team and league that is affiliated with the Idaho State Soccer Association. Each participant must write and request the funds for registration purposes and supply a short explanation how these funds are needed to help them register with a team and why they want to play soccer.
Requirements for the Scholarship Fund:
1. Must be between the ages of 16 through 23;
2. Have a financial need they can express;
3. Use the funds only for the registration with an affiliated ISSA team;
4. Can request Scholarship funds no more than two times;
5. You must be a resident of Idaho;
6. Must be a citizen of the US or in the process of attaining citizenship;
